Xuemei Ding, LLM, is an attorney and business manager with a diverse background in law, finance, and administration. Currently serving as a Business Manager & Grants Administrator for the Institute of Law, Psychiatry and Public Policy, she is responsible for managing all finance and business operations, including budgeting, analytics and reporting, Forensic Clinic administration, and grants management. Additionally, Xuemei serves as the court and attorney liaison, coordinating forensic evaluation cases and negotiating Clinic service contracts.

Xuemei earned her Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2014. Before joining the University of Virginia, Xuemei worked as a prosecutor in China and a corporate attorney in South Korea and China. She holds a Chinese National Bar License as well as a Chinese Accounting License.
