To help provide high-quality forensic evaluations for indigent clients, the ILPPP Forensic Clinic accepts a limited number of flat-fee court-ordered cases:
Competency to stand trial (§19.2-169.1)
Legal sanity (§19.2-169.5)
Psychosexual evaluations (§19.2-300)
We give priority to cases from our local Charlottesville and Albemarle County courts.
