Scott Bender, PhD, ABPP-CN
Dr. Bender is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist and Associate Professor of Psychiatry & Neurobehavioral Sciences at UVA School of Medicine. He teaches residents and postdoctoral fellows and conducts both criminal and civil neuropsychological evaluations for the ILPPP and Neurocognitive Assessment Laboratory. His areas of expertise include traumatic brain injury, post-concussive syndrome, PTSD, malingering and dissimulation, and assessment of civil competencies.
